Collection: Summer Camps

Is your young creative looking for a summer filled with creativity, making friends, and the ability to make some money from their creations??!!

Nickel City Wax and Wane has 3 summer sessions filled with really unique opportunities to learn paper making, the ins and outs of fiber arts, and an introduction to ceramics! At the end of summer, we will host one of our fantastic Mini Makers Markets where your artist will have the chance to sell what they have made in their sessions and take home some hard-earned money! 

Each session is half day and 2 weeks long. We will provide small snacks and drinks, but your kiddo is required to bring their lunch with them each day. 

Session 1: 9am-2pm

$594 for 2wk session

Paper Making: creating their very own handmade paper, learning the art of book binding, and cyanotype creation!

Session 2: 9am-2pm

$594 for 2wk session

Fiber Arts: learning all about the Japanese technique of Shibori with tie dye! They will learn all about creating patterns and prints on fabric!

July 24-28

July 31-Aug 4

Session 3: 9am-2pm

Intro to Ceramics: learning the basics of ceramic work! Slabs, coils, and pinch pots oh my!!!
